Exercise is the phenomena of a group of people of different races,
creeds, religions, and sexual orientation that voluntary get together
to breathe hard, sweat profusely, and flail their bodies around while
feeling emotionally comfortable about doing so.
Elaine Burkholder - Aqua Aerobics

Hobbies: Kayaking, hiking/backpacking, long bicycle rides along the beach, traveling, and exercising
Philosophy: Group Exercise is a great way to get motivated about ecercise! Exercising with your friends helps make you accountable to someone besides yourself. It becomes a fun activitity and you actually look forward to going...it's not a chore or something you have to do! A GREAT HEALTHY way to meet new people!!

one of the best ways of releasing stress. Once you balance your stress
level, everything else falls in place. In group exercise, you can
always rely on your instructor and other participants to support your
endeavors sincerely asking why you missed a class- peer pressure from
within the group.

Hobbies: Ceramics, any 3-D Art, installations, performances, going to different Yoga classes, laughing hard and smiling big.
Philosophy: Group Exercise is about working well together while still focusing on our individual abilities.

background covers Muay Thai, Judo, Aikido, Jujitsu, Kickboxing, Boxing,
and Tai Kwan Do.
