Hobbies: All sports, morstly soccer, snowboarding, paintball, running, swimming, weight lifting, being with family and friends.
Areas of Special Interest: Soccer, police work (worked with both the Upland Police Department and the Covina Police Department), and anything dealing with exercise

Philosophy: Group Exercise is a great way to get motivated about exercise! Exercising with your friends helps make you accountable to someone besides yourself. It becomes a fun activitity and you actually look forward to going...it's not a chore or something you have to do! A GREAT HEALTHY way to meet new people!!

Hobbies/Areas of special interest: Out of country traveling, going to movies, exercsing and teaching "group exercise"
Philosophy:Group Exercise is one of the best ways of releasing stress. Once you balance your stress level, everything else falls in place. Losing weight, gaining muscle, body toning and improved sleep will all follow any program especially "group exercise."

Certifications/Experience: Trained in Ashtange Yoga under the direction and guidance of Baba Hari Dass, a master Yogi from Northern India. Registered Yoga teacher at the 200-hour level (RYT-200)
Hobbies: Absolutely enjoys teaching Yoga and boot camp/high intensity interval style aerobic classes. Recently started to strength train and has integrated a croos-fit style into her daily fitness regime.
Philosophy: Group Exercise is a gateway into a leaner, healthier body. By blending group exercise with a healthy attitude towards nutrition any goal that you may have is attainable. Whether it is weight loss, increased muscle mass or to boost your energy leve you can achieve your goals through determination and consistency by attending group exercise classes and consuming a healthy diet.

Certifications/Experience: Black Belts in Kodokan Judo and Japanese JuJitsu through the United States Judo Association and the United States Martial Arts Association. Life Member to both of these organizations. Won a Silver medal in the International Police and Fire Games, a Gold and Silver Medal in Nevada Police and Fire Games, a Gold Medal in California Police and Fire Games as well a First and Second place in local competitions.
