This is a 3 day group exercise class where participants will learn some basic weight training principles and concepts that will allow them to create a personal workout routine for home and in the gym. There is a $20.00 fee for the three days of classes, along with a free health assessment that will be conducted after an appointment has been set up.
Each day will last 1 hour and will be broken down in the following way:

The second class will take place in a group exercise room and participants will learn a variety of exercises that can be completed at home or anywhere away from a gym. Come ready to work out as you will be practicing the exercises to make sure that you do them correctly and effectively.
