Iron Coyote Triathalon

The Challenge

Complete an Ironman Triathlon during the Spring 2016 Quarter. The Ironman Triathlon consists of three events: swimming, cycling, and running. The distances are as follows:

Swim: 2.4 miles (169 lengths)
Bike: 112 miles
Run: 26.2 miles

TBA, check back in the Spring.

The Rules

  1. All participants must register at the Membership Services Desk in the Student Recreation and Fitness Center. Registration is $10 and includes a T-shirt. The challenge begins April 13th.
  2. Activities must be completed in the Student Recreation and Fitness Center
  3. Activities can be completed in any order (i.e. run on Monday, bike on Tuesday, swim on Wednesday, etc)
  4. If participants complete the challenge by June 5, they will be entered into a drawing to win great prizes
  5. A staff member must initial the log at the completion of each workout to verify that the workout has been done (i.e. show them the total miles on the treadmill and have them initial)

Goals

In order to complete the challenge by June 6, you should aim for the following goals:
