Recreational Sports would like to give everyone a friendly reminder that the Student Recreation and Fitness Center will be open normal hours during the Labor Day Holiday Monday, September 6. Have a safe and happy holiday.

Late Night with Rec Sports - 9/21 8pm - 2am

CSUSB Recreational Sports will kick off the new academic year off with a FREE fun and unique interactive showcase of our programs. We have put together an action packed night of fun, games, music and prizes. Spread the word, tell your friends, call in sick, make it a date, hire a babysitter, do what you must but DO NOT MISS THIS EVENT! Programs will be taking place throughout the night. Show up at any time and stay as long as you want.

ACE Personal Trainer Certification Prep Course

Prep Course

Interested in becoming a Personal Trainer? CSUSB Recreational Sports is excited to offer a Personal Trainer Certification Prep Course. This course will teach you important exercise guidelines as taught by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and prepare you for their certification exam. Learn the information needed to become an effective and safe Personal Trainer.

The course will occur Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00pm to 8:00pm beginning on Monday, October 4th and going until Wednesday, December 8th. Labor Day Group Exercise

There will be no Group Exercise classes on Monday, September 6th. However, the Rec Center will remain open. Group Exercise will resume on Tuesday, September 7th. Have a safe holiday!
