CSUSB Recreation & Wellness Committee Application

The CSUSB Recreation & Wellness Committee is a part of the Student Union Board of Directors, and is an incorporated body that acts as an auxiliary organization of the university to oversee the operation of the CSUSB Recreation and Wellness Department.

Recreation & Wellness Student Representative:
(Must be current Recreation & Wellness staff)

CSUSB Student at Large:

  • There is a minimum 2.5 G.P.A. (Both quarterly and cumulative).
  • You must have been enrolled at CSUSB during the quarter previous to the one for which you are applying.
  • You must be available for committee, as well as sub-committee Meetings (Normally two per month).
  • Attach a copy of your class/work schedule.
  • Attaching a current résumé and cover letter is highly recommended.
