Hauling a 40+ pound pack up and down uneven terrain is challenging. Learning how to increase your cardio and strength for you next backpacking adventure is critically important for a more enjoyable journey.

Open to Ages: 18+ or CSUSb Student || Activity Level: Level 1 - Relaxed up to 1-3 hours of activity per day
